For future notice WHALEBOB, don't critisize others art work, if you don't like it, skip over it. You don't have to be an ass about it. ok? And yes, adding a border around a picture does count as photomanipulation. Good luck on DA, but keep being an ass and your not gonna get many friends.
well, thanks for commenting, but i dont have a scanner to scan in my good prints. i live in the darkroom, and do all black and white photography, and i prefer photomanipulation in there, but due to the lack of scanner, i can only make things in photoshop. but hey, check out the rest of my gallery from last year, when i had acess to a scanner
